What do I wear?
It's fun to dress up, but we want everyone to feel comfortable dancing the night away, too.
We suggest men wear a dress shirt and nice pants or a suit (no need for a tie unless you're feeling fancy).
Ladies, have fun in a dress or dressy separates.
Whatever makes you feel good!
What's the easiest way to get to the wedding venue? Is there parking?
There is street parking around the venue, but parking spots are not easy to come by! We recommend getting an Uber or taxi. If you are staying in the West Loop, it should also be a short walk. It's a safe neighborhood, so feel free to enjoy a stroll in the autumn evening air!
What is the plan for the evening - mostly asking about the food and drink situation?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a quick ceremony (you know - the "I Dos". Then there will be food stations and an open bar ready while our favorite band - Rod Tuffcurls and the Bench Press - take it from there!
Are plus-ones and children allowed?
The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation including any plus-ones. No additional guests can be accommodated due to the size of the venue.
We love all of our little ones - both family and friends, but there are so many... we cannot invite them all. Please leave them with a trusted babysitter and hang out with the adults for the night.
Is it ok to take photos at the wedding and post to social media?
Sure is! Take as many pics and videos as you want. Just one favor - would you share them with us? We'll have a QR code around the venue where you can easily share your photos.
Then we can all debate about who took the best shot!
